A former principal at BNIM Architects – one of the nation’s leading green architecture firms, McLennan has been involved in the design and construction of many of the most innovative green projects to be found anywhere on the planet. Jason has practiced in 20 US states and just about all climate zones on the continent, with buildings ranging from several hundred thousand square feet to small structures less than a thousand. He has experience in all sectors of the building industry including commercial, institutional, civic, multi-family housing, laboratories, industrial and single family residential as well as planning. He has been a key contributor to projects that have received local, state and national AIA Honor and Merit awards as well as LEED Platinum, Gold and Silver designations from the US Green Building Council. He is currently the lead designer on a Living Building project in his hometown of Sudbury, Ontario.

Jason is only available for highly selective commissions willing to pursue net zero energy or living building status on a case-by-case basis.
